UCU is a young institution that grew very fast over the past 10 years.  As UCU “comes of age” it is time to improve several features of the administration.  For example, UCU can improve:

·         Financial management through improved budgeting and reporting,

·         Human resource management through improved job descriptions and staff evaluation,

·         Performance management through development of departmental Performance Targets,

·         Information/Communication management through expanded intranet/internet-based communication and better data security.
